Order Processing

• All orders are processed and dispatched on the next working day after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic (India)

• Free Shipping is available on all orders within India.

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location and courier service).

International

• A flat shipping charge of ₹750 applies to all international orders.

• Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance and courier service).

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India and select international locations.

• At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delays & Issues

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or customs procedures.

• Srishta Silks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are handed over to the courier.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

• International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in the product or shipping cost.

• These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
