2. Products & Descriptions

  • We strive to ensure all product details, colors, and images are as accurate as possible. However, minor variations in color or texture may occur due to photography and device display differences.

  • All sarees and products are handcrafted; slight irregularities may be part of the beauty of traditional weaving.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

  • Payments must be completed in full before order processing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched the next working day after confirmation.

  • Domestic shipping within India is free of cost.

  • International shipping is available at a flat fee of ₹750.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or customs.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product, with unboxing video proof.

  • Customized or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is the property of Srishta Silks and cannot be used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Srishta Silks will not be liable for delays, damages, or losses once the package is handed over to the courier.

  • We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges for international orders.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka courts.
